Payment methods
You can pay with debit or credit card. Credit and debit card transactions are subject to a handling fee of £1 per transaction.
Terms & conditions
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled. However, you can exchange your ticket for a different date of the same show. To do this you must return your original ticket to the box office at least 48 hours before the date of your original booking.
Your new booking is subject to availability and incurs a £1.50 administration charge per ticket. All exchanges must be the same value or higher and tickets MUST be returned to the Box office prior to the exchange. Please note booking fees are non-refundable.
Discounts
Discounts for groups, schools and OAP’s are available for selected productions. Please note that restrictions do apply to these discounts and they are only applicable for selected seats and performance times. Please contact our Box Office on 028 9038 5673 for further information.
Discounts are subject to availability and only one discount applies per ticket. Discounts are not available during previews.
Standby tickets
Equity members (the trade union for actors) and customers receiving state unemployment benefit may purchase half price tickets on the evening of a performance between 6 and 7pm Monday to Wednesday (subject to availability). Relevant ID must be shown.
